About NeuroReach

Mission Statement

NeuroReach was founded on a simple belief: Neuroscience should be for everyone. We’re on a mission to make brain science accessible, engaging, and meaningful for people at every stage of life: from curious elementary students to wise seniors in our community.

The Story Behind NeuroReach

NeuroReach Project began with a vision to bridge the gap between academic neuroscience and community impact. Too often, the fascinating insights of brain science remain locked away in research journals and university labs. We wanted to change that.

Founded by Arjun Konijeti, a student in San Diego, CA, NeuroReach was built to bring the wonder of neuroscience directly into the community. From classrooms where children’s eyes light up as they learn about neurons, to senior centers where cognitive engagement fosters joy, curiosity, and connection, NeuroReach is making brain science more accessible and meaningful for all ages.

Arjun is also the creator of educational mathematics content through @CalculusExplainedOfficial, where he helps make complex concepts easier to understand for learners everywhere.

Our Approach

Hands-On, Not Hands-Off

We don’t believe in passive learning. Every NeuroReach session is designed around interactive activities that let participants experience neuroscience concepts
Firsthand.

Age-Appropriate, Always Engaging

Whether we’re teaching 8-year-olds about how memory works or leading seniors through music-based cognitive activities, we tailor our approach to meet each audience where they are.

Science Made Simple

Complex doesn’t have to mean complicated. We break down
fundamental neuroscience concepts into clear, comprehensible demonstrations that anyone can understand and appreciate.

Community-Centered

NeuroReach isn’t just about teaching—it’s about connection. We bring people of all ages together to explore how the brain works, creating shared moments of discovery that make learning more engaging, meaningful, and human.
Our Values

Accessibility

Brain science should be available to everyone, regardless of age or background.
Engagement
Learning should be active, fun, and memorable.
Impact
Education is most meaningful when it serves and strengthens our community.
Sustainability
We’re building programs that can grow and continue making a difference.
Looking Forward
NeuroReach is just getting started. With each workshop we run and each life we touch, we’re proving that neuroscience education can be sustainable, meaningful, and impactful. We’re excited to continue growing and reaching more members of our community.
